We are seeking a visionary and driven Strategic Relations Director to forge powerful client partnerships and drive business growth through our cutting-edge digital and tech solutions.


As a core leader within Temerarii Media, you will be the bridge between our advanced capabilities—spanning AI automation, web design, and omni-channel marketing—and the brands that need them most. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with internal creative and tech teams, while partnering with key external stakeholders to architect and implement strategic growth initiatives.



We’re looking for a highly strategic connector with a strong background in digital media and a keen interest in pitching and delivering scalable tech solutions that enable actionable insights and real-world business success.

Here’s where you come in.

  • Spearhead omni-channel digital marketing strategies that align with our clients' overarching business goals and drive measurable outcomes across new media landscapes.
  • Forge, nurture, and grow powerful relationships with new and existing clients, acting as their primary strategic advisor and advocate within the agency.
  • Connect our cutting-edge technical capabilities (AI workflows, creative and administrative automations, web/app design) to real-world brand challenges, translating tech features into clear business value.
  • Lead high-level strategy sessions and pitches, effectively communicating complex, innovative concepts to C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
  • Partner seamlessly with our developers, designers, and marketers to ensure successful campaign execution, project delivery, and client satisfaction.
  • Champion our community initiatives by helping to identify and secure strategic partnerships, grants, or sponsorships for our youth AI and digital skills educational programs.

Your Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, account direction, business development, or digital marketing leadership, preferably within a fast-paced agency or tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of omni-channel digital marketing, the new media landscape, and emerging technologies (including generative AI and business automation).
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-value client relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth.
  • Expertise in leading requirement gathering and strategic planning sessions across various business verticals.
  • Exceptional ability to adapt communication style to relevant audiences, effortlessly bridging the gap between highly technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
  • Communicates effectively via emails, proposals, and in high-stakes presentations.
  • A deep passion for innovation, relationship-building, and community empowerment.
